Tai Chi & Qigong workshops for Vancouver workplaces.

A grounded, genuinely restorative alternative to the usual wellness offering — led by a Registered TCM Practitioner and lifelong internal-arts teacher.

Alexander Litvinoff teaching an internal-arts movement outdoors in a Vancouver garden

Most corporate wellness sessions are forgettable. This isn't a chair-yoga filler or a meditation app on a screen. It's real practice: simple, learnable Tai Chi and Qigong your team can feel in their shoulders by the end of the hour and use at their desks the next morning.

I bring the same patience and precision I use with private students — adapted for people in work clothes who've never done this before. No experience, no equipment, no embarrassment. Everyone can do it, and most are surprised how much better they feel.

What a session looks like

Calm, capable, and quietly memorable

A short introduction to what Tai Chi and Qigong actually are — and aren't. Gentle standing and breathing practice to release tension. A simple moving sequence the group learns together. And practical techniques for stress and focus your team can keep using long after I've gone.
