Contacting Alexander

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected interests and message so Alexander can respond. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. If you contact Alexander by email, your message is handled through the email service used for that conversation.

Please avoid including sensitive medical information in the website inquiry form. For questions about your information, access, correction or deletion, email naturalharmonytaichi@gmail.com.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe, your email address and any first name you provide are sent to Mailchimp to manage the subscription and send seasonal health notes and class updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact Alexander for help.

Class WhatsApp group

Joining the class group is optional. Contact Alexander to request to be added. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy; joining a group can make your phone number and profile information visible to other participants. Do not share private health information in the group.

Appointments and payments

Treatment booking links take you to the clinics' Jane booking pages. Information you provide there is handled under the applicable clinic and Jane privacy policies. Class e-transfers are completed through your banking service; this website does not collect your banking credentials.

Website services

Netlify hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and operate it. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google's servers. External services may process information outside Canada. Their policies describe their own processing practices.
