Group classes are the best way to begin, but private lessons are how you go deeper. Working one-on-one, I can build the practice around exactly where you are — whether that's progressing faster through Chen-style Taijiquan, learning Qigong for a specific health reason, working carefully around an injury, or simply preferring to learn without an audience.
Lessons run one hour, at a time and place that suit you. We go slowly and precisely — the way these arts are meant to be taught — and you leave each session with something concrete to practice.
